2. During COVID19, what does your center do to keep children safe at school?
Parents drop off/Pick up at outside the gate; Social Distancing Practiced here; Parents and employees wear Masks working with children; Temperature 2 times check for employees and 3 times check for children; And we hold Zoom meeting with parents weekly; and we signed Protocol of Reopening and Promised to obey all the regulations from CDC and Santa Clara County; Sanitize unlimited times a day including tables, toys, playground structures. And wash hands after you touch or play a kind of toys
3. Do you enroll temporary school age children before public school reopen?
Yes, if we have vacancy; But the children’s age is 6.5 years old or younger
4. what is your sickness policy for children at COVID19?
Any symptoms like fever, running nose, diarrhea, pink eyes, any rashes, we will isolate sick child and contact to parents to pick up immediately
5. Can you tell us how Covid19 affected Rainbow Program?
Business hour reduced temporarily; and Capacity changed to following CDC’s guideline

Rainbow childhood Day Care designed playgrounds as an extension of the classroom. In addition to running and jumping. We can do outside lunch and playing toys. We set twice a day outside play time: morning and afternoon
6.What security measures are taken when releasing children?
Drop off/pick up with E sign; At Covid19, No allowed friends or relatives to drop off or pick up.
7. Will you charge for my child's absences?
Yes. Because I will have specifically set aside the designated time and reserved a roster position just for you, to the point of turning others away.
8. How do you update children’s development to parents?
We hold Virtual Zoom Parents Meeting monthly;
9. How often do you change children's diaper? How about Potty Training?
We check children’s diaper as often as possible; and we change them as they need; Diaper Rash Free at Rainbow
10. Would you like to help children’s potty training?
Yes, we have fully plan for the children who are ready for Potty training. We set up stable schedule to follow with recorded.
